Victoria has been teaching yoga in the Atlanta area since completing her teacher training in 2013. Her background in dance and gymnastics compliment vinyasa; her classes are powerful, playful, fluid, and dynamic. An avid lover of all things outdoor – running, cycling, rock climbing, hiking, and surfing – she started to integrate cardio and strength training into her home yoga practice as a way to cross-train and stay fit for all activities. And in this Core + Soul Method classes were born.

Core + Soul Method classes are short but powerful. They’re meant to challenge you so you can take your fitness to another level, but more than that, they’re meant to make you feel fully alive — heart pumping, muscles burning, body and mind both transforming.

Victoria’s hope is that you take the focus, mindfulness, energy, and strength you build on the mat into your everyday life.

FAMILY

They are my reason why. The reason I started on a health and wellness journey, the reason I work hard to build a life and family full of love and meaning, and the reason I continue to dream big and chase those dreams. We love to cook together, ride bikes together, and movie night became a favorite of ours during quarantine.
Their bond is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. I’m constantly inspired by their love for one another — they look out for each other, give a helping hand when the other needs it, and are also quick to apologize after a fight. Kids keep it so simple and honest, we can all learn from them. I’m so proud to be their mom.

METHOD

Never underestimate the healing power of nature and movement.
They’ve taught me to greet resistance with softness, and change with grace. They’ve taught me to celebrate my successes, and see the stumbles and falls as part of the process instead of mistakes or failures. They’ve both helped me become a braver and more aware version of myself.
