The Core and Soul classes are designed to take your fitness to another level. They’re meant to challenge you, but more than that, they’re made to make you feel fully alive. Join us on this transformative journey for both the mind and body.

CORE AND SOUL FIT

Yoga movements infused with cardio and strength training. These high energy classes are short but powerful, and meant to challenge you so you can take your fitness to another level. Transform your mind and body in  thirty minutes or less.

C+S POWER VINYASA

These classic vinyasa classes are full-body experiences where you’ll both strengthen and open your body while moving continuously with your breath. The first half of class will focus on warming up and strengthening the body, and the second half I’ll slow things down so you have time to work deeper into the poses and add on more advanced variations.

BEGINNER

Slower movements with a focus on alignment cues to begin your journey or refine your existing practice.

WORKSHOPS

Short workshop style classes breakdown poses step-by-step and to give you tools to integrate more advanced poses into your practice.
