Double Chocolate Blender Muffins
Blend, Pour, Bake, Cool, Serve -- that's all it takes for these tasty sweet snacks!

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 very ripe bananas, peel removed
- 1 cup rolled oats - I use gluten free
- 1/4 cup peanut butter - or other nut/seed butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips + extra for topping
Preheat the oven to 350
Add all the ingredients from milk to baking powder to a blender
Blend until batter is smooth, about 1 minute
Pour batter into a large measuring glass
Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and mix
Pour batter into muffin tin, filling about 3/4 of the way
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top
Bake for 18-20 minutes
Let cool before serving
